Improving ESG rating and carbon performance for real estate and construction companies

“ESG” (Environmental, Social and Governance) has become an important business consideration all around the world. As buildings are considered as one of the key factors in climate protection, “ESG” continues to be a high priority for the real estate sector and real estate investors have an increasing focus on sustainability.

Since ESG now holds a key role in strategy and daily operations, organizations must incorporate ESG factors in their strategic decision-making, transformation, reporting, and assurance in order to remain successful. This program introduces the current trends and regulations on ESG and climate disclosure for real estate and construction companies. It will also help executives to improve risk and cost management, and strengthen resilience.

Upon completion of this program, participants will receive a certificate of participation issued by HKUST Business School.
