This program brings together four leading experts on digital revolution and its impact on business. The sessions will explore important new digital developments (such as Artificial Intelligence and ‘Big Data’ analysis) and explain exactly how and why they are relevant to today’s changing world. Other sessions focus on the knowledge and skills needed to plan for and manage change driven by digital innovation, and the leadership and culture needed to kick-start the digital transformation process. Overall, the program brings the significance of the digital revolution into focus for business, and provides clear and practical strategies for businesses wanting to ride the transformational digital technology wave.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution is characterized by a fusion of technologies that transform the world. This session provides a managerial overview of several cornerstone technologies, including blockchain, 5G cellular technology, and AI, big data and business analytics that fuel this digital transformation. We will provide you with the technical foundation and working knowledge of these technologies and how they interact with each other to transform businesses. We will discuss digital transformation across industries using recent examples of fintech innovation and applications.

Digital Strategy: Digital Business Models (PM) Prof. Chris Doran
Today’s traditional business models are increasingly insufficient for handling the wide-ranging impact of digital technology on business operations. Through exercises and case studies, this session explores alternative business models that can successfully harness the tools of the digital revolution and take corporates forward smoothly into the new digital era.

Big Data & AI in Business (AM) Prof. Allen Huang
In a world with endless information, how can businesses capture and harness the data to improve their competitive edge? This session introduces “Big Data” and “AI” in business applications, examines how they impact the business world and help us to uncover valuable hidden trends, patterns, and insights. This session explores how leaders should utilize big data and AI in different ways in businesses.
Leadership and Organizational Culture under Digital Transformation (PM) Prof. Mitya New

Many organizations and leaders have already felt the impact of digital transformation through changing demands of clients, new expectations of employees and rapidly shifting competition. Successfully adapting the culture of the organization and your leadership style to navigate these changes is a critical challenge. This session will explore in what ways the culture of organizations needs to develop and how leaders must adopt a more flexible style of leadership if they hope to navigate this period of change successfully.
